Bose Listen for Yourself finalist

I've been very quiet lately on my blog, but I have some exciting news to share! I entered my illustration mini-movie into a competition for Australian creatives held by Bose Electronics .... and it has been selected as one of the 12 finalists

I'm super excited as next month Guy Sebastian will announce the winner who receives a $20,000 grant to help take their talent to the next level.

Illustration Mini Movie

So for a while now I've wanted to create a short video showcasing my illustrations and how I create them.  Well, I finally did it and it's a 40 second behind-the-scenes peek at my vector illustrations and the stages of creation, from initial sketches, to digital layout, colour options and the final illustration.

I had a lot of fun making it, probably the hardest thing was deciding on a song to use! But I think Queens of the Stone Age is a perfect fit.
